* If you or someone you know recently received an unexpected check bearing the name of NATIONAL DEALER(S) WARRANTY, INC., please know it is not a real check and will not be honored at any bank.  Often the check appears to be drawn on a Fifth Third Bank account and claims to be associated with some type of lottery winning (facts could differ, but this is what we have seen thus far). 
* These unauthorized/fake checks are not legitimate and are not honored at any bank.  Please call 1-800-436-3185 with any concerns; however, again, National Dealers Warranty, Inc. wants the public to know that such checks are not issued by or from National Dealers Warranty, Inc.  We are looking into the matter and working with applicable regulators to track down whomever is responsible for this unauthorized check solicitation."
